General Returns Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • Beds cannot be returned once manufactured
  • Mattresses are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, and at management discretion, a return may be considered if:

  • The request is made within 24 hours of delivery
  • The item remains unopened and in its original packaging
  • The item is returned within 7 days

Return transport and restocking costs may apply.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We ask that all items are inspected upon delivery.

If visible damage is present, please notify the delivery team immediately and contact us as soon as possible.

If an issue is discovered after delivery, please inform us within 24 hours and provide photographic evidence. We will review the matter promptly and, where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, arrange a suitable resolution in line with your statutory rights.

Assembly

All beds are supplied for self-assembly unless assembly is selected at checkout.

Before beginning assembly or arranging third-party installation, please check that all components are present.
