The price you see is the total price you pay — no hidden fees.

Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. Payments must be authorised by your card provider, and billing details should match those registered with your payment method.

Once your order is confirmed by email, this forms acceptance of your purchase.

In the unlikely event of a pricing error or product unavailability, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund if necessary.

As our products are made to order, slight variations may occur.

Please note:

  • Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting
  • Fabric shades may vary slightly between batches
  • Measurements may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances

Product Information Continued

We recommend ordering fabric samples if you would like to confirm colour and texture before production begins.

If you need guidance on sizing or specifications, our team will be happy to assist prior to purchase.

Cancellations & Amendments

Because our beds are bespoke and produced specifically for each customer, we offer a 24-hour cooling-off period from the time of purchase.

Within 24 hours:

  • Orders may be cancelled or amended without charge
  • Requests must be made via email or telephone
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  •  

After this period, production begins and cancellations may incur a processing fee.

Refunds may take up to 14 working days to appear in your account.
